Kristiine holds a Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Tallinna Tehnikaülikool and a Bachelor's degree in Education and Psychology from Tartu Ülikool, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and growth in the field.
Prior to her current role, Kristiine co-founded Recruitment Thursday, an initiative aimed at bringing together recruitment enthusiasts in Estonia to share insights, best practices, and network. Her previous experience includes serving as a Recruitment Team Lead and Recruiter at Veriff, as well as holding recruitment roles at Pipedrive.
Kristiine Kukk also boasts experience beyond recruitment, having served as the Director and Human Resources Manager at AIESEC Tartu. Her diverse background equips her with a well-rounded perspective on talent management and organizational development.
