Kristian Vanberg is a highly experienced entrepreneur and product management professional. With a diverse educational background, including an MBA in Global Management and a master's in European Studies, Kristian has gained a wealth of expertise in marketing, IT, HRM, and business development. With his extensive experience in founding and advising startups, Kristian has a sharp understanding of the challenges facing businesses in highly regulated environments.

Kristian's career began at Indicium Consulting, where he worked as a consultant before moving on to Cisco Systems as a project analyst. Later, Kristian served as a marketing specialist at WebCruiter AS and co-founded Chorally as director of marketing. He also co-founded Talent Ninja Ltd and served on its board of advisors before founding Spoke Innovation Ltd as CEO. Kristian also co-founded #HRTechTank and served as a board member for HR Unconferences.

Currently, Kristian Vanberg is working as a product manager at Dossier, where he leverages his deep understanding of the challenges facing highly regulated environments to develop solutions for digital competence management.
