His academic background includes studying VWO Natuur & Gezondheid at RKSG Marianum Groenlo and pursuing a degree in Industrial Product Design at Saxion Hogeschool Enschede.

With a diverse professional experience, Kristian has served as an Industrieel ontwerper at Idenova industrial design. Previously, he worked as a Medewerker Innovatieloods at Thom Engineers & Office professionals, an Afstudeerder Industrieel Product Ontwerpen at Van Raam, a Stagiair Design Engineer at Dynteq, the Eigenaar en ontwerper at Laser2Design, and a Stagiair Product Ontwikkeling at Arco Meubelfabriek bv.
