Kristi Robson

Kristi Robson is the Senior Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Arm, a position she has held since September 2022. She brings extensive experience in talent acquisition and program management, particularly focusing on early careers and graduate development. Prior to her current role, she served as the Director of Early Careers at Arm from March 2020 to September 2022 and has held significant positions at other notable organizations such as Barclays Investment Bank, AMP Financial Services, Swiss Re, and Transport for London.13

In addition to her corporate roles, Kristi co-founded SEAAGE, a not-for-profit organization aimed at enhancing graduate employment opportunities. She holds a BA (Hons) in Hospitality Management from Lancaster University, which complements her strong project management skills and her ability to develop robust recruitment processes.12
