Kristi Persad

Kristi Persad is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in marketing, business administration, and event planning.

Originally from Trinidad and Tobago, Kristi moved to Miami to pursue her education at the University of Miami, where she obtained a Bachelor's degree in Communication with majors in Public Relations and Economics.

During her undergraduate years, she showcased leadership skills by holding various positions in student organizations and gaining practical experience through internships at Luxe Fête Event Planning and Design Studio and her family's international frozen foods distribution company.

Kristi's achievements at UM were recognized with prestigious awards like the William R. Butler Special Recognition Award and induction into the Who's Who Among Student Leaders in American Universities and Colleges.

After graduation, she excelled at Venue Magazine as a Digital and Social Media Coordinator before deciding to further her education with a Master's in Business Administration at UM, specializing in Marketing and International Business.

During her MBA, Kristi demonstrated her commitment to excellence by completing her Six Sigma Champion Certification and taking on leadership roles such as the UM MBA Connect Executive Chairperson.

Her professional journey continued with a rewarding internship at Royal Caribbean Cruises in Revenue Management, where she honed her analytical skills.

Kristi's dedication to leadership was further acknowledged with her induction into Omicron Delta Kappa and the receipt of the MBA Leadership Award.

Post-graduation, she transitioned to Kestrel Global Logistics as a Sales and Customer Service Coordinator, showcasing her versatility in different business functions.

Kristi currently serves as the founder and President of Premium Quality Group of Companies and holds the position of Executive Managing Director at Tio Fiesta Events, displaying her entrepreneurial spirit and organizational acumen.
