Kristi Miller is an accomplished business builder committed to driving positive change and empowering entrepreneurs. With a strong background in bringing value-adding capital to high-potential businesses, Kristi has amassed 25 years of experience in finance and entrepreneurship.

In her role as Managing Partner at Krystal Growth Partners, Kristi spearheads investment origination, guides strategic growth for portfolio companies, and oversees operational initiatives. She previously transformed First West Capital into a national capital firm that funded over $250 million to numerous businesses, earning her the 2019 EY Entrepreneur of the Year award in the Business Disrupter category.

Kristi's expertise extends to venture capital and private equity, with a focus on innovative, early-stage Canadian companies in the natural products and agbiotech sector during her tenure at NPC Ventures. Her dedication to community service includes advocating for women in business, financial literacy, youth leadership, health and wellness, and social entrepreneurship.
