Kristi McKenney

Kristi McKenney is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the Port of Oakland, a position she has held since February 2020.12 In this role, she oversees Port operations with responsibility for Engineering Services, Environmental Programs and Planning, Utilities, and Information Technology.2

McKenney has a long history with the Port of Oakland, having joined the organization in 1994:

As Assistant Director of Aviation, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of Oakland International Airport, including security, facilities, IT, airside and landside operations, strategic initiatives, budget, and administration.3
