Kristen Walker is a Professor of Marketing at California State University, Northridge (CSUN), where she is part of the Nazarian College of Business and Economics. She holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) and a Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) from CSUN, completed in 1993 and 1995 respectively, and earned her Ph.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2003.12
