Kristen Sonday

Kristen Sonday is an accomplished entrepreneur and businesswoman with an impressive educational background in politics and entrepreneurship from Stanford University and Princeton University. She serves as the Co-Founder and Chief Operations Officer at Paladin, Pbc, a legal tech company that provides pro bono legal services to those in need. Kristen has a diverse professional experience that includes working as a Partner at Longjump, Co-Chair of the Emerging Leaders Council at Legal Services Corporation and Source Lead at Bridgewater Associates. In addition, she has worked as the Founder and CEO of Kbad Consulting and as a Founding Member and Director of International Operations at Grouper. Her exemplary work has also been recognized during her tenure as an International Affairs Specialist at the US Department of Justice. Kristen is a multitasker who has worked in different fields such as paralegal, research assistant, and an intern in NYPD.
