Studios to create disruptive and engaging real estate content that has significantly contributed to selling out buildings and enhancing agent success.

She also provides consultation services for Sell It Like Serhant: Pro Members, devising personalized branding and marketing strategies.

A proud Jersey City resident, Kristen Kipilla is an alumna of Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University, where she specialized in Visual Arts and Graphic Design. She has a keen interest in typography and layouts, often indulging in hand-lettering, cooking, and immersing herself in live music performances.
