Kristen N. Green

Kristen Green is a dedicated professional with a strong academic background. She holds a Master of Science in Social Entrepreneurship from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Urban Studies from Loyola Marymount University.

In her career, Kristen has held various roles that showcase her expertise in partnership management, portfolio development, operations, outreach, research, mentorship coordination, and program coordination. She is currently serving as the Regional Partnerships & Technical Assistance Manager at REDF, where she leverages her skills to make a positive impact.

Prior to her current role, Kristen worked as a Senior Portfolio Associate & LA Partner Liaison, Portfolio Associate, and Operations Administrator at REDF. She also gained valuable experience as the Director of Outreach & Research at Gronemeier & Associates-Law Firm, Program Coordinator at South Central Scholars, Lead Intern at USC-SCS Summer Academy, Fellow at Coro Southern CA, Research Assistant at Loyola Marymount University, and in various other positions.
