Kristen Foong

UBC IT Web Services Co-op Student at The University of British Columbia

Kristen Foong is an aspiring Computer Science student currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Computer Science at The University of British Columbia, with a background in Computer Science from Langara College and the University of Victoria.

With a keen interest in innovation, development, and design, Kristen has a particular focus on full stack web development and IT. She is highly motivated to continuously expand her knowledge and expertise in these areas.

Kristen has gained valuable experience through various roles, including UBC IT Web Services at The University of British Columbia, WorkLearn IT Support/Student Web Assistant at UBC Department of Cellular & Physiological Sciences, and a Technology Intern at Industrial Light & Magic.

In addition to her technical roles, Kristen has also demonstrated her versatility and strong work ethic through positions such as a Cashier at Loblaws, Teaching Assistant at Digital Media Academy, and Support Worker at North Shore Disability Resource Centre.
