Kristen Dalton, an accomplished professional, holds an MBA from Philadelphia University and an MFA in Creative Writing from American University. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism, English, and Creative Writing from Lehigh University, she has a diverse range of skills and interests. She is the Director of Research and Education at Retail & Hospitality ISAC, where she utilizes her skills in innovation, research, and strategic communication. Besides her current role, Kristen has also worked as an Adjunct Professor at American University, Member Services and Intel Support Manager at Retail & Hospitality ISAC, and Project Manager for Innovation Center Project Teams, among several other positions. Additionally, she interned at The Morning Call as an Editorial Intern and at Lehigh University Sports Information and Media Department as a Media Relations/Journalism Intern. During her free time, Kristen enjoys dancing, as evidenced by her experience as a March Madness Dancer for LehighWBB in 2009 and 2010.
