Krista Carroll

Krista Carroll is a remarkable leader, CEO, co-founder, and philanthropist with extensive experience in the creative agency industry. She co-founded Latitude with her husband Jeremy in 2009, driven by a desire to work for a better world, providing food, water, and safety for women and children globally. Krista is a strong advocate for running a company where purpose elevates talent, and her leadership style combines empathy, dedication to excellence, and taking calculated risks that foster creativity, innovation and growth in her team, which has resulted in the company's sustainable expansion. As CEO, Krista is passionate about building a brand that dares to stand for something greater than business, and Latitude has worked with many global brands, and donated more than $6M to global organizations.

Her strengths include seeing opportunities, developing people, addressing clients' and employees' fears, and fostering an environment of boldness and innovation. Krista's educational background includes studying for both her master's and bachelor's degree in education at Hamline University and College of Saint Benedict.

Aside from being the CEO of Latitude, Krista has served on multiple boards, including the Healing Haiti and the Opportunity International Ambassador Council Board of Governors, and worked as a teacher at Anoka Hennepin School District.
