Krissy Lindquist

Krissy Lindquist is a passionate advocate of Shiatsu and Traditional Chinese Medicine with a deep respect for cultural healing practices and the power of plants in achieving physical, mental, and spiritual balance.

Krissy, based in Portland, Oregon, is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with a background in Athletic Training, having graduated from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Anatomy & Human Physiology.

She completed her massage training at the Oregon School of Massage and currently owns Achieve Through Massage, where she incorporates movement and stretching techniques into her practice to enhance clients' strength, energy, and alignment.

With a history of teaching at the Oregon School of Massage and the National School of Natural Medicine, Krissy is dedicated to sharing her knowledge of Shiatsu and massage therapy to contribute to the future of holistic healthcare.

In her free time, Krissy enjoys biking around Portland and embracing the local amenities the city has to offer.
