He has held various leadership positions in several reputable organizations, including Stanley Black & Decker, ITT Inc., and Precision Castparts.

Mankal's expertise in SEC regulations, operational planning, financial reporting, and management, as well as cash flow management, is widely recognized. He has also showcased strong business development skills throughout his career, with a proven ability to build and sustain talent.

In addition, Mankal is actively involved in IMA - Institute of Management Accountants, having formerly served as Chair of the Board of Regents and as a group operational excellence committee member.
