Krish Iyer

Krish Iyer is a highly accomplished business coach and consultant with more than 26 years of experience in sales, business development, strategy, and coaching for leadership and performance. He holds a Master's degree in Management Studies, Marketing and Financial Management and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering. Krish also holds an Advanced Coaching Certification from the Columbia University Coaching Certification Program.

Krish has worked with top companies like SAP, 3M, Praxair, and Satyam Computers in various leadership roles where he helped businesses grow and thrive. Krish was the Global Vice President at SAP, leading the Strategic Customer Program, and was an internal coach with SAP's Global Internal Coaching Practice.

Krish currently runs Qua Aliter Associates, a coaching consultancy that helps individuals and organizations achieve their potential to perform beyond their limits. Krish brings together scientific and academic rigor with his deep business expertise to deliver effective and transformational engagements.

Krish is also an associate faculty and coach at the Center for Creative Leadership and a senior moderator at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning. Krish's expertise includes leadership coaching, business strategy, M&A integration, IT governance, and facilitating change.
