Kris Okon is an accomplished Agile coach, Scrum Master, and DevOps change agent with a mission-focused mindset. He is well-versed in different fields, including finance, travel, e-commerce, advertising, and telecommunication, and has amassed extensive experience in diverse roles. His broad IT skills and expertise in coaching and mentoring capable teams make him an unmatched leader for large and small DevOps and cross-functional teams. He is passionate about Agile methodologies and empowering organizations and teams to discover more efficient practices for managing people and work, all in the interest of building products that will delight customers. Kris is a certified professional with a vast understanding of Scrum roles and methodologies, including PSM II, PSPO I, SPS, PAL, and PSK. He is also proficient in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, LeSS, SAFe, Spotify, Nexus, Lean, Extreme Programming, and DevOps methodologies.

Kris studied BE in relational database management at AGH University of Science and Technology. He has held numerous positions, including Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Full-stack Developer, and Front-end Developer, among others, in various organizations such as ABN AMRO Bank N.V, Payconiq, ING Nederland, Siemens, Sabre Corporation, and Onet.pl. Kris was the owner of SwarmSolution before dedicating all his attention to Agile methodologies and coaching.
