Kris Lowe

Kris Lowe is a Managing Director in the Dallas office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas, with over 18 years of experience in finance, real estate, and accounting.13 He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and is primarily responsible for originating and executing debt and equity placement transactions across all product types, with a focus on multi-housing properties.1

Lowe earned his Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from SMU in Dallas, Texas, where he also played collegiate basketball.2 During his master's studies, he served as the CFO of SMU Athletics for seven years.2 He remains involved with SMU, serving on the Folsom Institute Advisory Board's Executive Committee.2

Throughout his career, Lowe has participated in the execution of more than $13.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions.1 He is also a Registered Representative sponsored by HFF Securities L.P. (a JLL Company).1

In addition to his professional achievements, Lowe is actively involved in community service. He serves on the board of Directors for Goodwill Industries and co-chairs the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee for the Real Estate Council in 2024.2

Lowe was recognized as one of the 2018 Distinguished Alumni and Outstanding Young Alumni by the SMU Cox Alumni Association.2
