Multifunctional role: senior management and corporate officer, engineering, and sales and marketing. I contribute operational leadership for the US Plexim team and oversee business development activities in the power conversion community. I am still working in a technical capacity while providing strategy, management, and coaching competencies. As the first technical hire in the US and one of the longest serving in the company worldwide, I am proud to have been instrumental in building our team and shaping our work culture and corporate identity. My greatest reward has been in developing countless relationships in the industry and cultivating a strong reputation for our offerings.

Business Development Manager, North America

Making technical presentations and demonstrating how our products meet client needs. Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education both at clients' offices and trade shows. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Providing technical support via email/phone to existing clients. Developing application examples and library components to be included in our software.

Applications Engineer

· Conceptualized, designed, built and tested custom transistor-level test circuit boards
· Set up and oversaw a team for complex field testing of unmanned systems and wireless communication systems
· Networked and integrated various radio and antenna systems and optimized their performance
· Completed sensor characterization and analyzed data for algorithm development
· Specified, identified and procured circuit components and COTs systems from manufacturers
· Preformed general research of battery technology including chemistries, designs and safety mechanisms

Electrical Engineering Co-op

· Tested AN/TPY-2 X-Band Radar system using hardware-in-the-loop for US MDA
· Conducted pre and post-mission missile launch simulations using Monte Carlo statistical software
· Delivered presentations for classified technical meetings with internal and external customers

· Executed measurements using microwave analysis instrumentation on RF semiconductor technologies
· Analyzed performance of leading-edge GaN devices and presented findings to design engineers
