Kris Duggan is a technology investor and serial entrepreneur with a career spanning over two decades, known for co-founding BetterWorks in 2013, an enterprise software company focusing on enhancing performance management with the support of prominent investors like Kleiner Perkins and Emergence Capital.

BetterWorks provides a performance management platform that emphasizes seamless goal-setting, intuitive peer feedback, and regular check-ins, driven by the mission to achieve consistent daily improvements.

He advocated for a flat and collaborative organizational structure at BetterWorks and was particularly proud of the high representation of female leaders within the company.

Currently, Kris Duggan has shifted his focus to the healthtech sector, recognizing its potential to positively impact lives, especially in vulnerable communities. He is engaged in identifying, advising, and investing in emerging entrepreneurs in this field.

Prior to his involvement with BetterWorks, Kris co-founded Badgeville in 2010, a provider of gamification and social engagement solutions that enabled companies to influence and measure user behavior. The company was subsequently acquired by CallidusCloud and later by SAP.

Throughout his tenure in Silicon Valley, Kris has been actively investing in and collaborating with numerous successful startups and teams, showcasing a diverse portfolio that includes Palantir Technologies, RelateIQ, Addepar, Airbnb, Blend Labs, Docker, Entelo, Gusto, Matternet, and Turo among others.
