Collaborating with colleagues like Dr. Nelly Tan and Lacey Hart, he works towards improving patient satisfaction in MRI at Mayo Clinic in Arizona. Kris is also engaged with the patient experience department and the Experience Relationship Management team to elevate the overall patient journey during radiology exams.
