Krish Chaitanya, also known as Krish, is a seasoned HR professional with over 14 years of experience in various areas of human resource management, including talent acquisition, resource management, and executive search. He has worked with notable companies like Wipro, Deloitte, and Sapphire Human Solutions, gaining extensive experience in PMS and employee engagement activities. Kris has also made significant contributions to the academic world as the head of the Training & Placement Cell at GITAM University, where he later transformed into a behavioral coach, conducting multiple outbound trainings for corporate and academia.

Currently, Krish works as a Board Level Director with Tech force Consulting & V-HR Designers and is a Senior Consultant -Talent 21 Services Pvt.Ltd. He is a Chief Mentor& Coach to various Technology Startups and is a member Board of Studies and Visiting Faculty with International and National Universities. As the Founder & CEO of IKON – the International Knowledge and Opportunities Network, he leads a professional and Leadership Network with over 600+ CXO level professionals PAN India. Krish's interests include reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
