With over nine years of international work experience and a full-time MBA from IMD B-School, Lausanne, Switzerland, Koushik has a strong background as a Consultant/Analyst in the healthcare industry.

He has developed strategies benefiting over 50 million people in the US, built statistical modeling tools for various industries, and managed teams of 2-7 individuals.

Koushik excels in client consulting, team management, data analysis, storytelling, and visual management, with a focus on utilizing relevant data for effective business decisions and improving healthcare accessibility.

Beyond his professional skills, Koushik has a passion for music, having won competitions as a drummer, guitarist, and pianist. He also founded a consulting case interview group in the San Francisco Bay Area and enjoys surfing, ping pong, traveling, and photography.
