Kostiantyn Iakovchuk

Kostiantyn Iakovchuk is a well-rounded senior executive with a strong background in technology, startups, and global business expansion across various types of organizations.

He possesses expertise in crisis management and response, mitigation, organizational development, M&A, growth strategies, and scaling.

Kostiantyn holds a Certificate of advanced training in Strategic Business Management from the Swedish Institute for Public Administration (SIPU) and a Master's degree in Management of Organizations and Administration from Kyiv National Trade and Economic University.

He also completed a PMD mini MBA in Management at the International Management Institute (MIM Kyiv) and a Master’s degree in Applied linguistics from Volins'kij Deržavnij Universitet im. Leci Ukrainki.

Additionally, he undertook a German language course in Munich and Business English courses related to Economics of Eurounion at Ukrainian Free University in Munich, Germany.

His educational journey includes a Bachelor's degree in Applied linguistics from Volins'kij Deržavnij Universitet im. Leci Ukrainki.

In his professional career, Kostiantyn has held various key positions such as Head of Department at Astound Commerce, Founder of uSupport.in.ua, Director of Business Development and New Markets at WinTRADE BPO Company, Executive Director at Kyiv Economic Institute, and General Manager at BIOLan - Ukraine.

He has also served as a Project Manager at AUCF 'Krona', Head of Executive Body at Plast NSOU, and gained valuable experience through an internship at the Parliamentary Committee for Eurointegration at Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine as part of the Indiana University's Parliamentary Development Project (PDP).

Furthermore, Kostiantyn worked as a Project Department Administrator at the Ukrainian Social Investment Fund (USIF).
