He currently serves as the Senior Investment Director at 'Zubr Capital,' a prominent private equity firm. Konstantin has held various key positions in several organizations, including roles as Board Member, Board Observer, and Board Adviser.

His past experiences include positions such as Deputy CEO, Head of Strategic Development, and Head of Controlling at Atlant-M. Konstantin was also the Co-founder and Managing Partner at 'Zubr Capital.'

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in strategic partnerships, advisory roles, and board memberships across companies like Oro Inc., EffectiveSoft, 3DLOOK, ActiveCloud, Noventiq, Targetprocess Inc., Fibery, AtlantConsult, SoftClub, Atlant telecom, MTBank, and Atlant-M.
