Konstantin Polosukhin is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of industry experience in strategic account management, partnerships building, consultancy, and solution design. With a degree in Computer Software Engineering from Kherson State Technical University, Konstantin has leveraged his expertise to manage accounts in various verticals, including Healthcare, Finance, Media, Travel & Hospitality. He has also excelled in building partnerships at every level of clients' organizations, including C, SVP, and Directors.

Konstantin is currently the Vice President of Strategic Account Management for US & UK Business at Avenga, where he integrates global account management methodology into the corporate sales process to build high-performing, client-oriented, and business-oriented approaches. Previously, he served as Vice President, Strategic Accounts for US and UK Business and Head of Account Management at Core Value powered by Avenga. Konstantin also worked at DataArt in various capacities, including Senior Account Manager, Project Manager, QA Manager, and QA Engineer.
