Konstantin currently serves as the Co-founder and CFO at Payhawk, an innovative platform offering paperless corporate card solutions that simplify expenses for businesses. Before his current role, Konstantin was a Partner at VTI Capital and a Venture Partner at Eleven Ventures, where he was instrumental in scouting investment opportunities and guiding fledgling companies towards success. Prior to his endeavors in the venture capital arena, Konstantin was the Deputy CFO at Software Group, where he oversaw financial operations and strategic planning. His role as Sr. Manager in Business Planning & Analysis at Progress allowed him to refine his skills in creating forward-thinking financial models and performance metrics, vital for decision-making in high-stakes environments. Additionally, Konstantin's experiences as Manager for Financial Planning & Analysis and Sr. Advisor in Corporate Finance at KPMG have endowed him with critical insights into auditing processes and corporate finance strategies.
