With a background studying journalism at the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and Deutsche Journalistenschule, Lischka is an accomplished author and journalist, having held positions as the deputy head of web, tech, and media section at Spiegel Online, and the editor-in-chief at bücher Magazin.
Lischka's expertise is in tech policy in Germany and on a European level, media policy, net neutrality, journalism, and social media.
