Konrad Grohs

Konrad Grohs is a seasoned professional with a diverse skill set and background encompassing Industrial IoT, Automation, Robotics, Sales Strategies, Recruitment, Negotiations, Business Start-up, Business Transformation, Process Improvement, and Change Management.

He holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology, as well as a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Wyższa Szkoła Zarządzania w Warszawie - The Polish Open University.

Konrad has held various key positions at FANUC Europe, including Director of IoT Business, Director of the FIELD system department, Director of European Sales Coordination, Director of FIELD system Department, Head of European Sales Coordination and Marketing, and General Manager.

Prior to his roles at FANUC Europe, he served as Branch Manager and President at Astor Warszawa Sp z o.o., and as a Sales Specialist for PLC Products at Astor Sp. z o.o., showcasing his expertise in sales, management, and technical domains.
