Komal Kirtikar is an accomplished executive with approximately 10 years of experience in marketplace and start-up environments. She has a background as a start-up advisor, investor, and mentor, contributing her expertise to various organizations.

Komal completed her Master's in Business Administration from the prestigious Harvard Business School and holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida, showcasing a diverse educational background bridging business and engineering disciplines.

Throughout her career, Komal has held key positions in renowned organizations, including serving as the VP of Student Career Advancement at Guild Education, being a Global Mentorship Board Member at One League, and providing advisory services at Greenwork. She has also contributed significantly at Opportunity@Work as the SVP, Head of Marketplace, demonstrating her leadership and strategic acumen.
