Kolya Retif is an accredited grid connect supervisor and stand alone installer with over 15 years of experience in the Australian solar industry.

With a background in renewable energy, Kolya has witnessed the evolution of the industry through changes in rebates, feed-in tariffs, and grid network challenges.

Kolya advocates for power management systems that empower users to optimize their renewable energy usage, especially through the integration of battery energy storage systems and hybrid inverters.

He holds a Diploma of Renewable Energy in Solar Energy Technology/Technician from the Cooloola Sunshine Coast Institute of TAFE and has previously served as the Engineering Manager at Oz Express.
