Koen Marijt

Koen Marijt is an experienced fundamental scientist with a background in the hospital & healthcare and biotechnology industry. His expertise includes Cancer Research, T cell biology, tumor antigen discovery, and Monocyte Activation Test development. He holds a PhD in tumor immunology and currently serves as co-founder at MAT Research. Koen Marijt's academic journey includes studying MS in Oncology at VU University Medical Center, Amsterdam, a High School Diploma in Physics and Biology from Bona ventura College, Leiden, and a BS in Life Science and Biology from the University of Applied Science, Leiden. His professional experience spans various prestigious institutions such as Leiden University Medical Center, Harvard Medical School/Massachusetts General Hospital, and VU University Medical Center, where he held roles ranging from Postdoctoral Researcher to Research Technician.
