Kobus Taljaard is a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Human Resources, strategic business planning, and business management.

Over the past 9 years, he has played a pivotal role in spearheading Group-wide projects focused on enhancing organizational learning, mapping HR processes, implementing the Functional Excellence program, and leading the Integrated Talent Management system.

Kobus's expertise was also instrumental in the success of the Sasol Business Improvement Project (Project Phoenix) where he served as the Lead for Change and Communication.

He holds a Master's degree in Personnel Leading with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of the Free State.
