    Knut N. Kjaer is a distinguished professional with a robust background in asset management, risk management, and corporate governance.

    He currently serves as the Chairman and partner at FSN Capital Partners and holds the role of Executive chairman at Sector Asset Management.

    In 2012, Mr. Kjaer co-founded Trient Asset Management in Oslo, which was later acquired by Sector Asset Management in 2017.

    Prior to his tenure at Trient, he was the President of RiskMetrics Group in New York, overseeing the firm's global risk management and corporate governance advisory operations.

    With a notable achievement in his career, Knut Kjaer was the founding Chief Executive Officer of NBIM, managing Norway's sovereign wealth fund and foreign exchange reserves.

    During his remarkable 10-year span at NBIM from 1998 to 2008, Mr. Kjaer significantly grew the reserves from $25 billion to around $400 billion USD through a successful investment program.

    Moreover, Mr. Kjaer is actively involved in advising various prestigious entities such as the China Investment Corporation, Government of Singapore Investment Corporation, and the Monetary Authority of Singapore.

    He has also contributed his expertise as a member of important committees including ABP's investment committee, the Irish National Pensions Reserve Fund, and holds the title of Knight Class 1 of the Royal Order of St. Olav for his exceptional contributions to the Norwegian economy.

    Knut Kjaer's educational qualifications include a master's degree in Economics and a degree in political science from the University of Oslo, as well as attending the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2003.
