Klaus Wehage

Klaus Wehage is the Founder & CEO of 10X Innovation Lab, a global organization known for constructing entrepreneurial and innovation ecosystems worldwide. With a strong presence in Silicon Valley, Klaus acts as a liaison for international corporations, entrepreneurs, government agencies, and investment firms, sharing valuable insights into Silicon Valley's successful ecosystem. He is recognized as a key resource for expanding businesses globally, securing funding, implementing innovation initiatives, and fostering connections within the startup community elite. Klaus's career journey includes serving as the Head of International Relations at Silicon Valley Forum, where he focused on fostering strategic partnerships with international entities. Over the years, he has mentored over 2000 founders and corporate executives, engaged with 50+ countries, advised top global companies' executives, and currently guides governments on ecosystem development, particularly in Japan and Taiwan. Klaus holds an MBA from Hult University and a Bachelors in Business and Culture from Copenhagen Business School.
