Klaus Hellmich is an accomplished business executive with a wealth of experience in growth strategy and corporate value creation. With a holistic approach to management, Klaus has become an expert in sustainable entrepreneurial implementation, team leadership, and networking with top-level decision-makers. Klaus is widely respected for his expertise in areas such as retail, B2B and B2C sales, industry, IT, transport, logistics, and consulting.

Klaus started his career as a Junior Consultant at Prof. Dr. K. Brankamp Consulting, where he gained experience in various consulting engagements. He then moved on to become the COO/CFO at ACTEBIS Holding GmbH before being appointed CEO of ALSO Actebis Holding GmbH. He also served as the CEO of Klaus Hellmich Management Consulting before taking on roles as Geschäftsführer/CDO, Geschäftsführer/CIO, Geschäftsführer/CEO at Galeria Kaufhof GmbH. His dynamic leadership style was a cornerstone in the success of these organizations.

Klaus is currently the Chairman of the Board at Agile Networks Technologies. He also served as an active member of the Beirats GALERIA INNO, Belgien, and as the Aufsichtsratsvorsitzender GALERIA Logistik GmbH in Galeria Kaufhof GmbH.

Klaus holds a degree in Production Engineering from Fachhochschule Südwestfalen and completed the Hewlett Packard Management Academy at INSEAD.
