Kiyo Kobayashi

Kiyo Kobayashi is known as the Co-founder and CEO of Noxx, an AI-powered platform focusing on hiring remote engineers. His dedication to supporting Japanese founders in the US has resulted in him being acknowledged as the 'godfather of Japanese startups' by The SF Standard.

With a diverse professional background, Kiyo has invested in over 40 startups and VC funds, achieving significant exits. He has also provided guidance to more than 30 startups and VCs, including a prominent Japanese VC firm managing $1.9B in assets.

In his previous endeavors, Kiyo successfully led his company to become Japan's second-largest mobile ad network, marking a groundbreaking M&A achievement that contributed to the expansion of Japan's startup ecosystem.

Kiyo Kobayashi pursued his Master's and MBA studies at the Graduate School of Management, Globis University, honing his business acumen and leadership skills.
