Kitty Sachtleben

Kitty Sachtleben is an analytical professional with a systemic vision, providing strategic support to leaders in understanding indicators during Competency Assessments and setting semiannual goals.

She is proficient in Advanced Excel and has worked on creating indicators for a large national company with 110 branches, as well as Dashboards for DHO in a medium-sized company.

Kitty led a project to change goal-setting methodology by implementing OKRs. She conducted training sessions for management and selected employees to facilitate dissemination and understanding of the changes, guiding them in building outcome-oriented goals.

With experience in administrative coordination at a small company, Kitty held diverse responsibilities including finance, HR, and procurement. She also managed bank relationships, internal marketing, and company events.
