Dual role for JLL's corporate client, HP Inc., acting as both Lead Transaction Manager for the Americas and Global Coordinator of all Integrated Portfolio Services provided on account.  In this position I helped integrate and drive consistent service delivery of transaction management, lease administration, project management, strategy and occupancy planning across all three regions.

As the Northwest lead for the iDesk, I helped businesses successfully navigate the complexities of international real estate projects.I worked with clients to help them frame their international requirements, understand foreign market practices and pitfalls, and pinpoint the best local resources for each assignment.  I acted as a single point of contact to ensure smooth delivery of projects, large and small, around the globe.

Senior Vice President, International Desk

Working as part of JLL's Tenant Representation Team in Madrid, Spain, I executed detailed transactional work including search and acquisitions, contract negotiations, lease optimization initiatives, disposal strategies and space planning projects.The clients I worked with include: Microsoft, Atos, Sony Communications, ThermoFisher, GSK, Discovery Communications, UCB Pharma, SAP, Adidas, Procter & Gamble.
