    Kit Hughes is a technology entrepreneur with a unique journey, starting with dropping out of college to found a company, experiencing periods of homelessness, and eventually finding success through hard work and dedication.

    After his entrepreneurial ventures, Kit delved into academia as a two-time research fellow at the University of Georgia, leading projects in experimental technology research focusing on mobile computing and connected devices.

    Kit credits his business acumen to his studies in strategy and innovation at MIT Sloan, where he pursued an Executive Certificate in those fields.

    In 2007, Kit co-founded Look Listen, a company that merged digital studio services with consulting, specializing in creativity, data, and technology at the intersection.

    Under his leadership as CEO, Look Listen expanded to have offices in Atlanta, Denver, and Portland, offering expertise in Brand Experience, Performance Media, and Marketing Automation.

    Throughout his career, Kit has collaborated with a range of B2B and B2C brands, such as Anheuser-Busch, Coca-Cola, GE, and Steve Harvey, managing multiple touchpoints and providing innovative solutions.

    Kit's strategic vision and leadership led Look Listen to remarkable growth, ranking #408 on the Inc 500 list in 2015 as one of the fastest-growing privately held companies in the US for three consecutive years, with consistent recognition in the top 100 fastest growing companies in Atlanta.

    Apart from his professional accomplishments, Kit's specialties include design, geo-political corporate negotiation, organizational therapy through design, public speaking on design topics, and fostering engaging discussions.

    In addition to his MIT Sloan education, Kit holds a VPAL Certificate in Cybersecurity from Harvard University and a BFA in Art X from The University of Georgia.

    Kit has been actively involved in various capacities, including serving as CEO at Look Listen and as a former Board of Trustees member at The Woodruff Arts Center.
