Kiszel Vilmos, born in 1955 in Hungary, is an accomplished individual with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in various fields.
He holds degrees in astronomy, physics, and technology from Loránd Eötvös University of Sciences, with additional education in geo-sciences, planetary sciences, and ecology.
Having interned at CNRS Observatoire de Meudon and Université de Nice in France, as well as being a visiting fellow at the Environmental Law Institute in Washington D.C., USA, Vilmos has a global perspective on his work.
His linguistic abilities include Hungarian (his mother tongue), English (working language), basic French, and elementary proficiency in Slavic languages.
Vilmos Kiszel possesses a wide array of skills, ranging from diplomacy (with a focus on the environment, regional conflicts, and human rights) to being a CEO, administrative leader, and research team leader.
He is noted for his expertise in environmental education, participatory and spatial planning, conflict management, and environmental and civil law, as well as his knowledge in computer sciences and social work.
As an author, co-author, editor, and project leader, Vilmos has an impressive portfolio that includes 6 books, 1 film, and 2 TV programs, as well as numerous international projects, studies, articles, and essays.

Currently, Vilmos serves as the President and CEO of The Göncöl Foundation and has previously held the position of Special Envoy on Environment at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Hungary.
