He has worked in various capacities in Canada, the United States, Latin America, and the Caribbean, both in corporate positions and consulting roles. Kirt has a successful track record of completing transactions across different regions, including overseeing a team with a $10+ billion Canadian credit and ancillary product portfolio. His expertise extends to global oversight for renewable energy financings and strategy, having negotiated and executed financings supporting over 13+ gigawatts of power project, district energy, and transmission projects in 45 transactions worth $14+ billion. Additionally, he has provided commitments for M&A deals exceeding $12 billion in North America, Latin America, and the U.K., with successful closures totaling $7+ billion. Kirt Millwood also held the position of Co-Chair at the Energy Committee of the Toronto Region Board of Trade from 2016 to 2017.
