    Kirsty Mitchell is an accomplished and dynamic Career Development Professional with over two decades of experience spanning both the employment and higher education sectors. With a Bachelor of Behavioural Science in Psychology from QUT and a Masters of Career Development from Edith Cowan University, she has built a wealth of expertise in creative employment strategies, resume development, networking, and relationship development, the interview process, design and delivery of careers and employment programs, and evaluation of career development programs. Kirsty's current research investigates Career Adaptability in relation to Higher Education Employability Interventions and she is working towards a Ph.D. in this area. She has led the Career Development Centre at Bond University and served in various capacities at national and local levels in the National Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (NAGCAS). Kirsty is passionate about effecting transformational change through Career Development, and she believes in ensuring all clients have access to decent work and meaningful employment.
