She has extensive experience in the video technology sector, particularly focusing on the processing and analysis of video data for customer experience, insight, and analytics industries. As the co-founder and former CEO of Flamingo, an insight and strategy agency that achieved remarkable success and was eventually acquired by Omnicom, Kirsty led a team of 350 staff across multiple global offices. Under her leadership, Flamingo garnered prestigious awards and accolades for its employee engagement, client servicing excellence, and innovative strategies.

In addition to her corporate achievements, Kirsty Fuller is a dedicated philanthropist and a founding trustee of Purposeful, a charity supporting adolescent girls in Sierra Leone and beyond.
