Kirsty Cooke is an Associate Solicitor with a wealth of experience in the Employment Team at Ashfords LLP, where she provides expert advice on employment law, HR matters, and immigration related employment issues.

Having completed her Legal Practice Course with Distinction and a degree in Law at the University of Exeter, Kirsty has a strong academic foundation in legal studies.

Throughout her career, Kirsty has held various positions within Ashfords LLP, progressing from a Corporate Paralegal to a Trainee Solicitor, Assistant Solicitor (Employment), Associate Solicitor, and currently, a Senior Associate Solicitor.
