Kirsty Cooke

Kirsty Cooke is a Partner in the Employment Team at Ashfords LLP, where she also leads the firm's Immigration practice. She specializes in advising employers in both public and private sectors on employment law, HR issues, and immigration-related employment matters. Her expertise spans contentious and non-contentious issues, with a focus on industries such as healthcare and technology, including NHS trusts, care providers, and fast-growing businesses.123

Kirsty trained with Ashfords and qualified as a solicitor in March 2008. Over her career, she established and developed Ashfords' immigration practice, which has achieved Tier 1 ranking in the Legal 500 2023. She is recognized as a 'rising star' in both the Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 directories for her clear, pragmatic, and strategic legal advice.14
