Kirsty Ayers, a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience in the learning and development industry, has made significant contributions to various organizations worldwide. With a BA in Human Resource Management from Stellenbosch University and a Bsocsci in Industrial Psychology and English Literature from the University of Cape Town, Kirsty has honed her skills in the field of instructional design, program management, and L&D management.

Kirsty has held leadership positions in organizations such as Charles Russell Speechlys, The Adecco Group, Linklaters, Thomson Reuters, Kineo, Saffron Interactive, Nedbank, Mandevco Consultants, and Braxton Consultants. Through her association with these companies, Kirsty has developed expertise in driving organizational culture change that includes adopting a digital learning strategy, designing blended learning campaigns, and designing for 70:20:10 across complex global learning projects.
