She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science and Mathematics from the University of Melbourne, providing her with a solid academic foundation for her work.

Kirsty has held key positions in organizations such as the Centre for Australian Progress, where she currently serves as the Executive Director, overseeing the organization's mission to empower people for impactful campaigns.

Prior to her current role, she excelled as the Director of Strategy and Partnerships at the Centre for Australian Progress, demonstrating her skills in forging alliances and crafting effective strategies.

Her previous experience includes serving as the Marriage Equality Organiser at GetUp and holding various leadership roles at the Australian Youth Climate Coalition, including National Director, Campaign Manager, National Co-Director, and National Grassroots Coordinator.
