Kirstie McCool-Chadwick

Kirstie McCool is a seasoned professional with a strong background in executive management and entrepreneurial economic development. She excels in innovation-based economics, technology accelerators, venture/equity capital transactions, technology commercialization, non-profit management, and fundraising. Kirstie pursued her undergraduate and graduate studies at the University of Central Florida, obtaining a B.S. and an MBA from the College of Business Administration.

Throughout her career, Kirstie McCool has held various significant roles in well-known organizations. She is currently serving as the Executive Director of GuideWell Innovation at Florida Blue. Previously, she served as the President & CEO of the International Business Innovation Association (InBIA). Additionally, Kirstie has contributed her expertise as the Executive Director and Board Member at Starter Studio/Firespring Accelerators, Executive Director at Winter Park Angels, Director Venture Development at UCF, CEO & Co-Founder of DigitalOwl, Business Development Director at Mentor Graphics, Senior Field Sales Engineer at Sun Microsystems, Field Application Engineer & Regional Sales Director at Wind River, and Senior Software Engineer at Lockheed Martin.
