Champion of branding, positioning, and promotion of SunMed products both internally and externally. Leading a team of creatives and external partners to develop systems and processes to expand the SunMed brand through direct sales channels and web presence. Responsible for creating platforms to house marketing assets accessible to customers and sales while protecting proprietary materials and adhering to strict FDA regulations. Facilitating and directing the creation of medical in-service animations, corporate videos, and comprehensive product and company photography to further articulate the SunMed brand internationally.

Lead a team of creative giants to strengthen the HexArmor brand across all platforms, channels, and markets. Develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies through a team of designers, writers, and videographers. Refine brand and marketing strategy in all advertising activities and tradeshows. Working closely with the Director of Digital Marketing, assist in creation of assets, content, and strategy to drive leads and expand HexArmor’s online presence. Fulfill requests from sales, product development, and other areas of the company on both internal and external marketing and communications.

Leadership: Lead a team by example, fulfilling design, web development, email marketing, direct marketing, training, and copywriting efforts. Partnered and directed external marketing firms for additional strategic support. Encouraged a perpetual learning environment to positively engage and challenge our teams.

Brand: Managed multiple brands, re-branding four school brands during my role in marketing. Articulated brand language, visual guidelines, and cultural standards. Owned the design for multiple brand collateral including: hundreds of advertisements in print and online; print collateral such as mailings, flyer templates and brochures; re-branding Shreiner Academy, Tampa Day School, Lexis Preparatory School, and Fusion Academy. Designed training materials in print and coordinated a robust platform for corporate intellectual capital in WordPress.

Copywriting: Lead the effort in print and online advertising; crafted campaigns for multiple social media platforms; developed training materials; copy for marketing deliverables including flyers, mailers, and brochures; wrote and refined press releases and web copy.

Media Management: Worked with media reps to negotiate and place media for multiple school brands and locations; built a training network for campus leaders to navigate media buying and budgeting; developed a system for maintaining information regarding media buying for leaders to access and leverage.

Events: Conceptualized outreach events to capture prospective parents and referring professionals. Crafted supporting materials to support the event promotion before, during, and after the event. Collaborated with sales teams to create an action list in Salesforce to assist Directors of Admissions and Outreach with their responsibilities before, during, and after an event.

Creative Direction: Maintained and improved brand standards over the Fusion brand's 8 year development. Managed designers and copywriters to align with Fusion's brand standards.

Fusion Education Group

Created content for mass distribution in multiple languages for forex trading. Leveraged voice of the customer for international  immediate print advertisement and banner advertisements relevant to local hot buttons.  Content creation included: storyboarding for banner advertisements, web page content, landing page content for conversion, training materials for download, and white papers for global trading.

Initial position was focused on new business acquisition.  After a short period of time I was offered a "territory" that was 1/3 the geographic area of the entire circulation. Within one year of employment, I secured the current sales accounts and gained new accounts. By my second year with Advance Newspapers, I had surpassed every sales record held for the territories I'd covered. For the following four years, I had maintained the sales consistency and broken numerous sales records.

to our advertisers.
   Kirstie achieved her goal if 500K in territorial sales annually, which
was a record that has stood in that territory until my retirement in
December 2014.

well as her being a detail-oriented individual, was and is absolutely
